Terms & Conditions – Mirror DJ Booth Hire

1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Mirror DJ Booth Hire provider.
“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the person or organisation booking our services.
“Equipment” refers to the mirror DJ booth and any associated items supplied by us.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and confirmation issued.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations

  • If the Client cancels more than 28 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 28 days of the event may be charged up to 100% of the total booking fee.

  • If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

4. Access & Setup

  • The Client must ensure safe, clear access to the venue for delivery, setup, and collection.

  • Adequate space, a suitable power supply, and reasonable setup time must be provided.

  • Any delays caused by poor access or venue restrictions may reduce hire time without refund.

5. Use of Equipment

  • The Equipment remains our property at all times.

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Equipment is not misused, damaged, or interfered with.

  • The Equipment must not be moved, altered, or operated by anyone other than our staff unless agreed in advance.

6. Damage & Loss

  • The Client accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to the Equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the hire period.

  • The cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the Client if damage occurs.

7. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to stop or suspend use of the Equipment if conditions become unsafe.

  • This includes but is not limited to: unstable surfaces, liquid spills, overcrowding, or aggressive behaviour.

  • No refund will be issued if suspension is required for safety reasons.

8. Power & Technical Issues

  • The Client is responsible for providing a safe and reliable power supply.

  • We are not liable for performance issues caused by power failure, venue restrictions, or external technical issues beyond our control.

9. Liability

  • We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the hire.

  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or venue closure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
